With the addition of a dog, life seemed to have meaning that it didn't before Susan met Tasha-- the dog that would change everything for her.
Susan met all sorts of people, including other dog parents with her sweet Tasha. There were meet-ups, birthday parties, and even a wedding! The extravagant galas showcase costumes and outfits pricier than anything in their pet parent’s own closets to raise funds for pet charities. These fashion shows have even been known to be emceed by celebrity
look-a-likes -- Joan Rivers is a fan favorite.
Always looking for the next cute outfit, one day Susan came across a Brownie uniform. No way could something that was this cute be just a one-time Halloween costume! “On my Honor, I will try to fashion a reason to make this costume mean something.”
And with that thought-- Pup Scouts became a reality. As with any story, there are ups and downs that alter and mold the chapters. Susan was on top of the world, until unexpected news of her aging parents needing full-time care led her out of the city she loved so dearly. Then, the covid-19 pandemic forced residents inside and away from others. As if this weren't enough to handle, Tasha was reaching the end of her journey.
