Patty Accorso is an Industrial/Organizational Psychology specialist, motivational speaker, team building coordinator, training facilitator, and producer. She incorporates her entertainment production and performing skills with extensive knowledge of personal and corporate health in her consultations, workshops, and lectures. Her focus is on leadership development, training and improving the overall health of an organization as well as improving one’s personal physical and mental health to stabilize a healthy work/life balance.
She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work in her favorite capacities. Patty’s Master's degree aligns perfectly with her experience in team building and entertainment with her love for positivity, health, and exploring ways to open new pathways for Diversity and Inclusion.
Patty has worked for several large corporations such as Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios as an entertainer, stage manager, trainer, consultant, and coordinator. Patty is also known as a motivator, and licensed healthcare practitioner and has worked with chiropractors, doctors, nutritionists, and several other Integrated health organizations. Her passion and desire to stay happy and healthy and to help people to do the same drives her to keep focused. Patty is a multi-award-winning producer, director, choreographer, speaker, and actress for live events, workshops, training programs, and video production. Consulting and teaching have given her the opportunity to create several corporate events, product launches, grand openings, team-building events, and encourage potential employees to find their own self-worth and help them explore their talents.
